(CRACKED, SPLIT, RIPPED, BLEEDING, ECT.! PLEASE PROPERLY REMOVE NAILS TO PREVENT THIS.)

  • All Pricing is the Starting Price

  • Pricing can Increase for Many Reasons

    • Excess Cuticle Work

    • Long Length

    • Reconstructing the Nails

    • Excess Nail Growth

    • Ect…..

COVID 19:

  • Mask Must be Worn the Whole Duration of your Appointment

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance if you have been exposed or have COVID, or have cold/flu/COVID symptoms. Your deposit will be transferable, but you’ll have to provide a NEGATIVE TEST or wait 14 days after of your cancelled appointment.

  • WASHING HANDS BEFORE APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED!

  • No outside Food or drinks allowed!

Nail Booking:

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that goes towards your service(s). Please book exactly what you want done, you WILL NOT be able to change your appointment the day of. If you are not sure what service to select text 614-805-8118 with a picture of what you want done.

  • WE DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER NAIL TECHS WORK. PLEASE COME WITH BARE NAILS, WE WILL NO LONGER SOAK OFF SETS THAT WE DID NOT PUT ON! If you need NAIL REMOVAL come 1 hour before your appointment & add it to your service. If your appointment is at 9-9:45am please come the day before. Text your nail tech to see what day works best.

Rescheduling:

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours (2 days) of appointment. Anytime after 48 hours you can NOT reschedule.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours with no additional charge. Canceling AFTER 24 hours will result in your card being charged the remaining balance of your service(s). If you no call no show you will be charged the remaining balance of your service(s) as well.

Late Fee:

  • There is a 15 minute grace period, after 10 minutes it will be a $10 late fee. Anytime after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. If your appointment is cancelled you will be charged the remaining balance of your appointment.

Email:

  • Please make sure your put in the correct email, if you do not you will not be able to get the important information. It is IMPORTANT that you read your email after booking. In your email it will have additional information about parking.

NO KIDS OR EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED!

Showing up with kids or extra guest will result in a cancelled appointment and being charged the remaining balance of the service(s) booked!
